Her career so far:

Alia has acted as a child artist in the film Sangharsh (1999) starring Akshay Kumar and Preity Zinta. She is making her official debut with Karan Johar’s “Student of The Year”. The film is a teen centric film and Alia is playing the female lead opposite Varun Dhawan (son of David Dhawan) and Siddharth Malhotra.

Very soon she will be pairing with Ranbir Kapoor in Abhinav Kashyap’s venture where she will playing the leading lady. Alia may be very young to play a leading lady but her simple and naïve look is helping her luck to shine in bollywood and get her big banner projects,
